How do I use Do Not Disturb?

To use Do Not Disturb (“DND”) on a Yealink Phone: 

1. Press the DND softkey while the phone is idle to turn Do Not Disturb on.
2. To turn Do Not Disturb off, press the DND softkey once more.

Calls received while Do Not Disturb is active will be logged to your Missed Call log in the magicJack for BUSINESS portal.

To use Do Not Disturb (“DND”) on the mJB Mobile App:

1. Tap the Menu bar in the upper left hand corner and then select Settings.
2. Tap the Do Not Disturb switch to toggle on and off.
