I am not receiving fax notifications

If you have a virtual fax subscription and do not receive fax email notifications, check the following:


Virtual Fax Settings

  1. Click here to login and view your virtual fax settings.
  2. Make sure that the correct email addresses are listed in the Inbound Fax to Email and Outbound Email to Fax sections.

Email Settings

  1. Do not report emails from DoNotReply@magicjackforbusiness.com and fax@magicjackforbusiness.com as spam. If you accidentally reported messages from these senders as spam, go to the spam block list of your email system and have them unblocked.
  2. Add DoNotReply@magicjackforbusiness.com and fax@magicjackforbusiness.com to the safe sender or whitelist of your email system.
