If you have a virtual fax subscription and do not receive fax email notifications, check the following:
Virtual Fax Settings
- Click here to login and view your virtual fax settings.
- Make sure that the correct email addresses are listed in the Inbound Fax to Email and Outbound Email to Fax sections.
Email Settings
- Do not report emails from DoNotReply@magicjackforbusiness.com and fax@magicjackforbusiness.com as spam. If you accidentally reported messages from these senders as spam, go to the spam block list of your email system and have them unblocked.
- Add DoNotReply@magicjackforbusiness.com and fax@magicjackforbusiness.com to the safe sender or whitelist of your email system.
