Do I need to cancel my current service to port a number?

It is very important that you DO NOT CANCEL your existing account until the port to magicJack for BUSINESS has been completed. Your account with your current provider must be open and in good standing, as well as all lines to be ported must be active.

Upon successful port completion, we will notify you via email. At that time, you can safely cancel your account with your previous provider*.

*You may be subject to additional charges for cancelling such services, which you are solely responsible for paying.
