What information do I need to transfer my number?

To start the porting process, we will need you to provide the phone number(s) you wish to port, as well as account information for your current provider (for example: the name of the provider, your account number, passcode (if applicable), authorized account holder, and your address). It is very important that you DO NOT CANCEL your existing account until the port to magicJack for BUSINESS has been completed.

A Letter of Authorization ("LOA") document will be provided via email for you to complete. For phone numbers porting from non-magicJack providers, a full copy of your most recent phone bill will need to be supplied alongside the completed LOA. For numbers porting from magicJack, only the LOA must be completed. The porting process will begin after all required documentation has been received.
