How do I record or change my name or voicemail greeting?

1. Dial your phone's extension, or hit the message button on your phone.
2. When the prompt begins to play, press * then your voicemail PIN.
3. Press 0 to access mailbox options.
4. Follow the prompts to record your name and/or voicemail greeting.

To view or change your voicemail PIN, login to the customer portal at https://account.magicjackforbusiness.com, select Manage Lines, then click the SETTINGS for the line you want to view.
