How do I change Music on Hold?

magicJack for BUSINESS has 3 different options for Music on Hold.

 

To change your Music on Hold settings:
 

1. Login to the customer portal at https://account.magicjackforbusiness.com

2. Navigate to the My Business section
 
3. Scroll down to Advanced Settings:
 
4. Select one of the three options and click SAVE SETTINGS
 

NOTE: Default Audio is the default setting. If you don’t update this setting, customers will hear our pre-recorded, generic on-hold message.

 
You determine what your customers will experience while on hold. Here are what the three different Music on Hold options mean.


No Audio: customers will hear silence.

Default Audio: customers will hear our pre-recorded, generic on-hold message. Please note this is the default setting.

Custom Audio: upload a personalized file so your customers hear what you want them to hear. It can be music, a voice message or a combination.
