Call Control in Desktop App

Below is a description of the icons available during a call and how they function:

 

 - Microphone open, caller can hear you

  - Microphone muted, caller cannot hear you

 - This will end the call

 - Keypad will open and you will be able to enter numbers or symbols from the keypad as needed during a call.  You can use your keyboard or mouse to select the numbers.

 - Pause icon allows you to place a call on hold.  When the indicator is orange, the call has successfully been placed on hold and your caller will hear your music on hold.

 - This function provides the option to transfer the call.  When selected you will have 3 options:

1) Transfer to another extension or auto attendant

2) Transfer to a US telephone number, or

3) Transfer to another device (for example your desk telephone)
