As you may be on the go and do not want to always receive calls, you can manage your connection status right from your desktop app by pressing on your initial.
- Green:
, means that you are connected. You will be able to make and receive calls using your desktop app. - Red:
, means that you are disconnected. You will not be able to make or receive calls using your desktop app.
If you have additional devices on your line, such as our mobile app and/or one of our desk phones, this status will not affect them. They will still be able to make and receive calls.
