Manage your Company Shared Phone Book in Desktop App

Just like using the Shared Phone Book in your Mobile App, you can manage your company shared phone book using your Desktop app

Accessing Contacts

  • Open your magicJack for BUSINESS Desktop App
  • Select the Contacts icon
  • From here, you can see all your magicJack for BUSINESS shared company contacts

Adding a Contact

  • Open your magicJack for BUSINESS Desktop App
  • Select the Contacts icon
  • Click the + icon
  • Fill out the desired fields
  • Tap the Save option in the upper-right corner to save your new contact

Editing a Contact

  • Open the magicJack for BUSINESS Desktop App
  • Select the Contacts icon
  • Tap the contact you'd like to edit
  • Click the Edit button in the upper-right corner
  • Make desired modifications
  • Tap the Save option in the upper-right corner to save your new contact

Deleting a Contact

  • Open the magicJack for BUSINESS Desktop App
  • Select the Contacts
  • Tap the contact you'd like to delete
  • Click the Edit button in the upper-right corner
  • Select the Delete contact option
