Why doesn't my name or business name appear on caller ID when I call certain people?

Your outbound caller ID display depends on the carrier of the person you’re calling. magicJack for BUSINESS configures your caller ID with your preferred name or business name, but some carriers don’t display the information that is available.

Caller ID names are restricted to 15 characters (including spaces) and cannot contain any special characters.
